Online Proof of Delivery and Tracking reports 365 days a year

DeliveryPoD allows customers, people receiving goods as well as staff to go to the web site and view Tracking information 24 hours a day.

Two main styles of report are provided "PoD Report" which just contains the basic delivery information and "Full Report" which lists every delivery stage the Consignment has gone through. Each report can be downloaded to the users PC as an Adobe PDF or Microsoft Excel file, so it can be stored or Emailed. You can zoom in (e.g. to see a signature in more detail), search for text and print a report.

The company shipping the goods can Email the Consignment No to the person that they have sent the goods to - so that they can track the consignment. When they go to the web site they have to enter the Consignment No in order to view information. Alternatively if you wish to prevent public access even to the screen where they enter the Consignment No - you can do this by changing a setting in the configuration - in which case everyone needs a User Name and Password.

A company shipping goods can log onto the website and see all off their consignments straight away. They can select a Consignment and then view an individual report. They can also use their Dispatch Software to download the details of all of their Consignment Shipments to their own PC / System (Please see "One Click" for details..

The following image shows a "Full Report" - that shows every stage the Consignment went through. In reality you may not want each stage to be seen by everyone. When setting up the delivery stages, you decide who can see that information by setting the "View By" properties for Staff Managers, Staff, Shipper, Receiver. So you might allow the Shipper to see Pickup, Arrive at Depot and Delivery, but the Receiver can only see the Delivery Stage.
